SYS3000PID series VOCs online monitoring system is a gas monitoring system developed for real-time measurement and alarm of VOCs concentration in fixed pollution sources or factory boundaries. The system is mainly composed of sampling unit, analysis unit, control unit, communication unit and other parts. The analysis unit adopts a TVOCs analyzer based on nano-ceramic tube PID technology with automatic cleaning and automatic zero adjustment functions. Its key technical indicators such as sensor life, anti-interference ability in harsh environments, and long-term stability are at the international leading level. The system can also detect a number of related parameters such as gas flow rate, pressure, temperature and humidity at the discharge port of the pollution source, and calculate the emission rate and amount of total VOCs.
