The use of germicidal irradiation is a proven and effective way to reduce the microbiological load in indoor air. They are widely used in crowded areas and are therefore designed for long-term residence of people, for example in: shops, offices, educational institutions, restaurants, etc.
Bactericidal irradiators “Mercurator” of small size, with a reliable plastic housing and built-in ultraviolet reflector, dust filter, built-in electromagnetic interference system and efficient air re circulation system. Fan generated the turbulent air flow contributes to a more efficient processing of the entire volume of air. Works like ultraviolet.
As a source of radiation, mercury lamps in the UV-C range with an effective line at a wavelength of 253.7 nm are used.
Closed irradiators (recirculator) are safe devices for air disinfection and can work
always in the presence of people. In such devices, light is emitted by lamps and propagates in a closed space, thus air is disinfected during pumping through the internal space of the recirculator.
